That's correct! We should all be using cloud gaming! That way they have undisputed control! I love Microsoft Game pass were you get a specific number of hours for cloud gaming depending on what you spend. These people are the fucking death of us all.
In some ways if you put more ram in a local Windows machine, you're just buying Microsoft more RAM. With a locked down OS, they could impose the same hour limits on a device you paid for (but don't own).

I was planning a video card this year but fuck that. Got a AMD 6800XT working just fine on everything. The raytracing is not great but otherwise handles 4k games no problem. I pray everyday this AI bubble pops and these fuck heads get what's coming to them... one can dream I guess.
