A lot of people don't bother going to do their drivers license test or getting a license now cuz cops don't do anything now. (Also why dems don't want black people to need an id to vote)
I remember when I was 16, I bought Orange Juice Coolers at a supermarket, and they didn't ask me for an ID. That was in the 1980s, before ID laws came into play. But you need an ID to open a bank account, and I just voted today, and they asked for ID.
Many don't open bank accounts or vote either of course. There are apps on your phone you can use. Or if you were there and argued and refused to show Id they might let you vote anyway depending where you live. You probably never intended to do that cuz no need right?
We were in a period of increased law enforcement for awhile but that's been reversed due to soros so it's more like that early 1980s period.

All I can say on this is there is a double digit percentage of drivers out there that are really, really bad a driving.

Good question I think they just shop lift that or sell under the table like before. Or really stores don't ask for id to buy alcohol anymore.
Only white middle class people have ids.
Also car insurance, black people don't bother with that. Just drive stolen cars.
