Unless this is a trick question, there need to be way more parameters, budgets, goals, limits, materials, preferences, proportions, requirements, etc. and why?

My favourite living space wasn't even a house. In Oakland we lived in a huge warehouse, mostly open, with only 4 bedrooms and a bathroom.
