There's nothing wrong with any of that, and it's not in reference to a socialist country. The US sends Israel $10s of billions of BORROWED money while Israel and many other wealthy countries have "universal health care, universal child care, housing investments" &c. There is no reason a wealthy country like the US cannot have that. Her answer should have been that over 70 countries guarantee healthcare to all citizens. These are not - in practice - 'socialist' countries.
