I've been experimenting with making it so new code I add automatically turns off after about a week of running it. That way I can ask you guys if you like it or not.

I added info on posts for how recently they were commented on. Was that good? I noticed that the comment rate died after it turned off so I think it's a good idea. Your input is appreciated and I'll turn it back on permenently if we like it.

Description of it is here: https://goatmatrix.net/c/MatrixDev/847rVWCroW

Can we get the ordering filter search to work so you can show just posts with recent comments, in order with most recent at top.

Yeah. That's just putting the bump factor all the way up, and or the rest down. But I could put a shortcut at the top.

That doesn't seem to do anything, might be a glitch then

I made a new bump page just for you. It should work exactly the same. But it's faster to access.

A bump page? Not sure how to get to that.

I think I never received this feature maybe it was a server-side cache issue? Yes, I like it. I'm wary of cluttering interfaces but this one seems to drive engagement. I would consider making the comment metadata (new comment count + most recent comment age) gray / not part of the hyperlink.

I don't mind well-designed clutter.

Improving the layout would help dramatically.
Then you could determine what should stay/go.

Also, ABC modes would help: Advanced, Basic (default), Custom - also good for PC or mobile GUIs.

And/or put a bunch of stuff in the ellipsis, kebab, or burger.
