Income vs investment. If they actually work ok don't bayonet them. 99% are parasites tho. Almost not worth the tone and effort. If the rich die that opens up opportunities for small businesses.
As long as they don't work in the finance or government sector, if they are wealthy (rather than high income), it is because they produce more than they consume. They are by definition not a parasite. While someone who works and consumes every dollar he gets is really net neutral.
