The Kangaroo Court show trials will be the distraction that never ends. He'll be dead before they conclude. And they'll decide he's to old and feeble to stand trial - while they let him continue commanding more invasions and strikes.

Remember Texas when they wanted to stop people crossing the Rio Grande River? They put up fencing or barbwire or something and the feds made them take it down. Same idea, weather Texas liked it or not it was a federal order. If you pick and choose your laws and orders you follow then you don't have a country anymore.
It depends on how unpopular the federal laws are, and how much damage they're doing. Nations of laws have no problem breaking their own laws, in desperate circumstances.
