I'm extremely libertarian. But if the state has any legitimate function at all, it's punitive prevension of murder. All the ladies suggesting what she did shouldn't be a crime, yet advocating for other laws, they view good or bad law as being whatever benefits them. So claims that their prefered laws relate to some meaningful moral motive can be nothing but bullshit.

I'm libertarian enough that I'm against the death penalty simply because I don't want the state having that much power.
I am very willing to make an exception in this particular case. She knew what she was doing, and needs to be removed.
The state shouldn't have that much power - but the state is corrupt (always was), so wars continue.
She knew and she was psycho - and there's more to it.
